Cavalli Balsamico
All our products are obteined from only cooked must (must is grape juice) of Trebbiano white grapes, without addition of thickeners, colouring and flavouring.

Cavalli Balsamico Classic method

 Balsamico 250 ml | Product for ordinary use.
Obteined with the only Trebbiano cooked grape must, fermented, acetified in barrels of oak, chestnut, cherry, mulberry and juniper.Then merely aged in small barrels.

- in characteristic elongated square bottles of 250 ml with box and book-recipes
- in characteristic elongated square bottles of 500 ml.

Balsamico Nando’s Reserva
Intended for connoisseurs, a balsamic which is the fruit of additional years of ageing to achieve a still more prestigious refinement and intensity of taste.
