The visit is free and it will be developed in:
1) fast visit: 45 minutes

explanation of produttive process of Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO), with a tasting of some samples of
balsamic in different steps of working, to understand the evolution of
balsamic in the batteria and in the years, from cooked must to aged product ready to bottle and sale.

In the second part of your visit you will pass through different rooms where we prepare and aging our Balsamico, and we will explain the differences between Balsamico and PDO production.

2) Classic visit: 45 + 25 minutes
Before the visit, as explain in 1, you can see a movie (25 minutes) about the origin of Traditional Balsamic Vineger of Reggio Emilia, his millenarian history, the current production: from raw material to working room, biological and chemical transformations that happen in the years, until his kitchen use
3) Deeper visit
It is the classic visit (number 2) with further explanation using some other original movies and our availability to explain the productive process, his peculiarities
